Terms and Conditions of Sale


This page tells you the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which you can book a Flower Garden Event.

Please read these Terms carefully before you place your booking.  You should understand that by registering you agree to be bound by these Terms.  You may wish to print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

In these terms “we” and “us” and “our” refers to The Flower Garden, “Event” and “Events” means courses, workshops, parties or training orchestrated, managed and/or provided by The Flower Garden and “you” and “your” refers to the person capable of making a booking for a Flower Garden Event.

  1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between the delegate and The Flower Garden. Terms and Conditions issued by the delegate or his/her company are not applicable.
  2. Fees
Fees are inclusive of event documentation, programme materials and refreshments. Accommodation and other associated costs not specifically within the scope of the course or event shall be borne directly by the course delegate.
  3. Payment

    Payment must be made in pounds sterling. Payment of the full amount is required prior to the start of the event.
  4. Cancellation

    Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or email.Cancellations made up to four weeks prior to the day of the event will be refunded minus a 10% administration charge.
Alternatively, up to four weeks prior to the event, a full credit for any future Flower Garden event will be issued. In the case of cancellations made after the four week deadline, the full amount will be payable and there are no refunds.
If it is necessary for The Flower Garden to cancel or postpone an event, for any reason, we are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in relation to their attendance.
The event fee will be refunded or a credit will be issued for an equivalent value to be used against any future Flower Garden event.

  5. Changes to Bookings

    Substitutions are permissible at any time at no extra cost.
  6. Changes to content

    The Flower Garden reserves the right to change the programme content and timing, the speakers and the venue providing that the overall objectives of the publicised event are not significantly altered.
  7. Copyright

    Event documentation and presentations are protected by copyright law. Copying or usage of event documentation, including taking photographs or making video/audio recording during the event, is only permissible with the prior written consent of The Flower Garden.
  8. Data Protection

    The Flower Garden will hold information provided at registration on a database, which will not be made available to third parties without the prior agreement of the delegate.
  9. Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
